FP is also gained or removed based on weaknesses, though since we made sure to turn the setting on to always show weaknesses under the enemy you target, this shouldn't be a problem. Both player and enemy can utilize FP so you must be mindful of how the fight is going, the enemy could power up their attack to inflict great damage to you on harder difficulties.
